How should I meter or expose for Refined presets and profiles?

Here at Refined, we suggest you meter for proper exposure but keep sure that you are not blowing out highlights, especially in backlighting situations. If you are not working in a backlighting situation then proper middle exposure will make your editing faster and nearly one click.

When backlighting, we suggest you meter so the highlights are maintained, you will be able to bring the subject area up in post processing easily with our unique tone curve we have built-in.
