MOBILE | Download Not Working on Phone or iPad

Are you having trouble downloading your mobile presets to your phone or mobile device?

1| On your mobile device make sure you check your FILES folder, not your camera roll for your presets.

2| If your mobile device is not downloading the presets correctly, we suggest downloading to your computer and then file sharing them to your phone with Dropbox, Airdrop, Drive or like file sharing software.
