I lost my presets. How do I download them again?

One of our most frequent support requests is "My computer crashed and my presets are missing, can you send me a new download link?", "I lost my phone and all my presets. Can you send them to me again?"

We always suggest when you buy new presets you save an extra copy of your preset folder in your archives. We just name a folder "Preset Archive" so you always have a back up copy. Sometimes things still go wrong and your presets go missing. That is why we created new member accounts so you always have access to your downloads and will easily have new updates included too!

Visit REFINED CO and in the upper right hand corner click on LOGIN in the menu bar. Here you will LOGIN to your account and will have access to your downloads. 

Forgot your password? Just click FORGOT PASSWORD and enter your email address used and we will send you a PASSWORD RESET email!
