PC: My download is giving _macosx file only or error message

You've downloaded your presets or profiles to your PC and "extracted" or "unzipped" them and you are either getting an error message or only seeing a _MACOSX file. 

1| Don't panic. Your files have downloaded and you do have them on your computer.

2| Download 7zip (free) https://www.7-zip.org/

3| Open 7zip control panel

4| Select your Refined Co file and extract
